Tonny Remmers is an experienced sociaal-psychiatrisch verpleegkundige with a career spanning several organizations since 1984. Currently employed at BuurtzorgT since March 2016, Tonny specializes in home, community, and office-based treatment through self-managing teams. Alongside this role, Tonny has been serving as a POH GGZ at SSZK spoedpost since July 2016, providing urgent first-line psychosocial care.
