Cheri Hernandez, M.S., BCBA has a work experience that includes being a Clinical Director at Butterfly Effects since October 2018 and a Clinical Supervisor at the same company from April 2017 to September 2018. Prior to that, they worked as a Special Education Instructional Assistant (ABA Program) at Galt Joint Union Elementary School District from October 2014 to April 2017. Cheri'searlier experience includes working as a Behavior Technician at Applied Behavior Consultants from March 2011 to February 2014.

Cheri Hernandez, M.S., BCBA, pursued their higher education at National University, where they completed a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology from 2012 to 2016. Building upon this foundation, they further expanded their expertise by obtaining a Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis from the same institution between the years 2016 and 2018.
