Paul Zohfeld is an experienced culinary professional with a robust background in high-end dining and event catering. Currently serving as Executive Sous Chef at Butterfield Country Club since April 2018, Paul has also held roles as Interim Executive Chef and Banquet Sous Chef at the same establishment. Prior experience includes a position as Sous Chef at The Signature Room at the 95th® from November 2016 to August 2017, and serving as Executive Sous Chef at The Mid-America Club from March 2013 to March 2016. Paul Zohfeld holds an Associate of Arts and Sciences degree in Culinary Arts/Chef Training from Joliet Junior College.
