Grace Y. is currently serving as the APAC Customer Success Manager at Butlr since 2023. Prior to this role, Grace Y. held the position of APAC Client Success Manager at DiligenceVault from 2021 to 2023, where responsibilities included training new hires in Singapore and India and establishing processes in a VUCA and Agile environment. Grace Y. began a career at EY from 2016 to 2021, participating in the EY Graduate Programme in Strategy and Transactions with a focus on financial due diligence and project management. Grace Y. also gained experience as a Summer Intern at the Royal Bank of Scotland Business in 2015, contributing to change management initiatives. Grace Y. holds a Bachelor’s Degree from Durham University.
