Riley Flom is a Workforce Development Specialist at Butler Machinery since December 2023. Prior experience includes serving as a Store Support and Training Specialist at Titan Machinery from September 2020 to December 2023, where responsibilities involved assisting stores with business processes and training new Store Administrators. Riley also held positions as a Guest Advocate at Target, Service Support at Titan Machinery, and an intern at Suidae Health and Production. Earlier experience includes serving as a Service Supervisor at Hornbacher Foods. Educational background features an Associate of Science in Agriculture from North Dakota State College of Science and an Associate of Arts from Normandale Community College, along with attendance at North Dakota State University.
