Mark Johnson is an experienced facilities and project manager with a robust background in overseeing operations and strategic capital projects across various organizations. Currently serving as Facilities Manager at Butler Machinery since January 2023, Mark is responsible for the oversight of 20 stores across a four-state territory. Previously, Mark held the position of Facility Manager at Kilbourne Group, LLC, where responsibilities included managing operational budgets and capital expenses for multiple properties. Mark's project management expertise was demonstrated through significant projects like the Loretta Building Tenant Improvements and the Loudon Building Exterior Renovation. Early career experiences include roles at Family HealthCare Center as a Construction Project Coordinator, CB Richard Ellis as an Assistant Project Manager on the Microsoft Fargo Campus Expansion, and Shultz + Associates Architects as Facility Project Manager, completing over 40 projects for Microsoft. Mark holds a Bachelor of Science in Facility Management from North Dakota State University and an Associate’s Degree in Architectural Drafting and CAD from North Dakota State College of Science.
