Jane Ward has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Jane is currently working at ButcherBox as a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist since June 2022, after previously serving as a Talent Acquisition Specialist from July 2021 to June 2022. Prior to their role at ButcherBox, Jane worked at The Renaissance Network, Inc. as a Search Manager from February 2017 to July 2021, where they specialized in sales, marketing, and leadership team expansion for Education and Technology companies. Their responsibilities included strategizing with clients on team organization, vetting top talent, managing the interview process, and writing marketing content for the company's website. Before that, Jane worked as a Talent Engagement Specialist at The Renaissance Network, Inc. from October 2015 to February 2017. Jane's earlier work experience includes being an SAT teacher/tutor at The Princeton Review from July 2007 to November 2015, and a Store Manager/Hiring & Training Coordinator at Big Picture Framing from August 2008 to October 2015. Jane also worked briefly as an Editorial Assistant at John Wiley and Sons in June 2007.

Jane Ward completed their high school education at Guilford High School from 1999 to 2003, earning a High School/Secondary Diploma. Jane then attended Clark University from 2003 to 2007, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in English Language and Literature, General.

In addition to their formal education, Jane has also obtained several certifications. In July 2021, they completed a certification on Unconscious Bias from LinkedIn. In August 2021, they earned a certification in Confronting Bias: Thriving Across Our Differences from LinkedIn. More recently, in August 2022, Jane obtained two additional certifications: Characteristics of a Great Scrum Master from LinkedIn and Textio Inclusive Recruiting Certification from Textio.
