Martí Estapé Ramia has a diverse work experience in operations management and traffic roles. Starting in 2021, Martí joined BusUp as the Operations Management Senior for BusUp Iberia. In this role, they were responsible for identifying potential providers, conducting market price research, negotiating prices and contractual terms, creating and optimizing operational processes, estimating operational costs, controlling the budget and forecast, monitoring suppliers' performance, and building and managing relations with operators. Prior to this, Martí worked as the Senior Executive Operations & Traffic and Junior Operations & Traffic at BusUp España, where they gained experience in operations and traffic management. Before joining BusUp, Martí worked as an Operations Assistant at Reby in 2020, and as a Gestiòn de Clases at KSchool from 2016 to 2020.

Martí Estapé Ramia completed their bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering from the Universitat Politècnica de Catalunya in 2021. Following that, they pursued a Master's degree in Industrial Engineering at the same university from 2022 to 2023. Martí is currently in the process of completing another Master's degree of Industrial Engineering which commenced in 2022 and is expected to finish in 2024, also at the Universitat Politècnica de Catalunya.
