Patrice Jones has extensive work experience in the field of system design and implementation services. They began their career in 2001 at Towers Perrin/EDS as a Technical Analyst Team Leader. After working there for six years, they joined Aon Hewitt as a Systems Analyst. In 2010, they moved to Xerox as a Sr. COBRA Analyst before joining Mercer in 2012 as an Implementation Services Team Leader. They then transitioned to ADP in 2018 as an Implementation Consultant. Currently, Patrice is working at Businessolver as a System Design Analyst, a position they have held since April 2019.

Patrice Jones completed a Bachelor of Science degree in Applied Mathematics/Statistics at Norfolk State University in 1996. Following this, they pursued a Master of Arts degree in Teaching with a focus on Secondary Education - Mathematics at the same institution, which they completed in 1999.
