Jennifer Posner Napier serves as the Chief Marketing Officer and SVP of Marketing at Business Talent Group, a platform connecting independent talent with companies to tackle business challenges. With extensive experience in marketing leadership roles, Jennifer has held positions such as Senior Director of Marketing & Communications at Chicago Botanic Garden, and Senior Director of B2B Marketing at Groupon. Additionally, Jennifer has been involved with the Chief network to empower women in executive roles. Past experience includes roles at companies such as Google and Omnicom Group, as well as a successful stint as Vice President of Marketing at OneWed. Jennifer holds an MBA in Marketing and Media Management from Northwestern University and a BA in Sociology from the University of Michigan.
