Mudit M. currently serves as the Business Unit Head at Business Needs Inc. since September 2021, where the focus is on providing qualified IT consultants for contract and direct hire positions, along with offshore resources for IT projects. Prior to this role, Mudit held various positions including Director of Recruitment Operations at TELUS International from January 2019 to June 2021, and Talent Solutions Manager at Intone Networks from March 2018 to December 2018. Mudit also worked as a Senior Staffing Specialist at RJT Compuquest, and as a Staffing Coordinator at US Tech Solutions. Early career experiences included roles as a .NET Developer at Omnie Solutions and Sky Infotech. Mudit holds a Bachelor of Technology degree in Information Technology from Gautam Buddha University.
