SÅ‚awomir Sikora has a diverse work experience in various roles within the HR field. SÅ‚awomir currently serves as the Head of HR at Business Link since May 2018. Prior to that, they worked as a Partner at GTH Great Talent House and served as the CEO at SHRS sp. z o.o. starting in 2016. From 2015 to 2015, Sikora was a Managing Partner at OVERFRAME. Before that, they worked as the Dyrektor HR at DOZ S.A. from 2012 to 2015. Sikora started their career as a Specjalista ds relacji pracowniczych at Sanofi from 2008 to 2011.

From 1995 to 2000, Sławomir Sikora attended Katolicki Uniwersytet Lubelski Jana Pawła II where they earned a Magister prawa (Mgr prawa) degree in law.
