Mariam Tayeb currently serves as the Senior Director of Commercial Development at Sermo and as a Venture Scout at Ada Ventures, an inclusive venture firm focused on funding innovative talent. Prior to these roles, Mariam held the position of Director of Strategic Partnerships & Growth for EMEA at Business Insider and worked as the Commercial Lead for Strategic Projects in Life Sciences at GLG, a tech-enabled consulting platform. Earlier experience includes being an Investment Associate in Private Equity at a Family Office and holding finance roles at WPP and UBS. Mariam Tayeb earned a degree from SOAS, University of London, and a certificate in the History of Art from Sotheby's Institute of Art.
