Shavkat Abduraimzhanov has extensive experience in rural and agricultural lending, financial services, market research, and training within the banking sector. Shavkat has worked with various companies and organizations, including Business & Finance Consulting, IFC, and Deutsche Sparkassenstiftung für internationale Kooperation e.V. Shavkat has also contributed to the development of e-learning products, credit scoring systems, and loan products. With a Ph.D. in Engineering, Shavkat has successfully increased agro portfolios and provided training and coaching to numerous banks and financial institutions across Central Asia.
