Isabelle Hudon serves as the President and CEO of BDC, making history as the first woman to hold this position since August 2021. Under this role, Isabelle Hudon leads initiatives to assist Canadian entrepreneurs in achieving growth and building resilient, sustainable businesses. In addition, Isabelle is a co-founder of L'effet A, a movement aimed at empowering women's ambition. Previous roles include serving as the Canadian Ambassador to France and Monaco, and various leadership positions at Sun Life Financial, including Executive Chair for Quebec. Isabelle Hudon holds a Doctorate in Law, honoris causa, from Concordia University and has completed programs in financial literacy and corporate governance.
