Alan Strauss is an experienced finance professional with a strong background in establishing and managing financial departments across multiple countries, including Chile, Spain, Colombia, Mexico, the United States, and Argentina. As Gerente de Finanzas at buscalibre.com since May 2013, Alan has successfully implemented SAP and designed automated procedures for financial control, in addition to overseeing the company’s financial planning. Prior to this role, Alan served as Gerente de Finanzas at Vendly, a mobile application company in Silicon Valley, and held positions as Socio y Gerente General at Chefcompra, where Alan developed an ERP for purchasing management, and Owner & Business Manager at GIVE CARD, a pioneering gift card company in Latin America. Alan holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Business/Commerce from Universidad de Chile.
