Lauren Cesarello has worked in product development and production for over a decade. Lauren began their career in 2004 as a Product Development Manager at Waterworks. In 2011, they moved to Burt's Bees Baby, where they currently serve as the Vice President of Product Development, Production, and Sourcing.
