Matt Lewis is an accomplished education professional with extensive experience in management, recruitment, and educational leadership. Currently serving as Assistant Manager at Burton - The Roofing People since January 2025, Matt has held key positions such as National Strategy Manager and Head of Recruitment at Educate Group from June 2019 to December 2024, as well as Chair of the Home School Association at All Saints School. Prior roles include School Relationship Manager and Recruitment Consultant in various educational organizations, where Matt focused on enhancing placement strategies and improving educational outcomes. With a strong academic background, including a PGCE and QTLS, Matt combines practical teaching experience and strategic oversight to foster success in education.
