Paul Daly is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in account management and sales operations, currently serving as Director of Account Management and Senior Director of Sales Operations at Burroughs, Inc. since February 2015. In this role, Paul drives customer experience, revenue growth, and retention through strategic relationship management and leading a team of Account and Service Delivery Managers. Prior to Burroughs, Paul held various positions at Pendum LLC from 2009 to 2015, culminating as Director of Account Management, where responsibilities included managing high-revenue accounts, improving customer profitability, and overseeing contract renewals. Earlier experience includes managing operations at Enterprise Rent-A-Car, where Paul excelled in customer service and business development. Paul holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from the University of Phoenix and an AS in Computer Science from Kirkwood Community College.
