Halima Mrabti is an experienced urban development professional currently serving as a Manager at Buro Happold since January 2024, providing technical support for various projects related to urban development and city strategies. Previously, Halima worked as the Deputy-Head of UN-Habitat KSA and Programme Management Officer from September 2021 to November 2023, where responsibilities included leading the "National Spatial Strategy 2030 in Saudi Arabia" project. Halima's experience also includes roles at OGIC as a lead expert on innovative urban projects, Senior Manager of Strategic Urban Projects & Housing Development at EPAMARNE/EPAFRANCE, and City Innovation and International Development Project Manager at EPAPS. Halima's educational background includes degrees from Sciences Po in Urban and Territorial Strategies and Middle-Eastern Studies, along with an Arabic language diploma from the Institut Français du Proche-Orient.
