Sara Foster has over 20 years of experience in the insurance industry. Sara joined Burnham, A Baldwin Risk Partner in 2007 and has held various roles, including Director of Client Experience, Employee Benefits, Director of Client Services, Senior Account Executive, Account Executive, Senior Account Manager, Account Manager, and Executive Assistant. Sara's expertise lies in client support and service, where they have showcased their passion for making clients happy, organizational skills, and leadership abilities. Prior to their time at Burnham, Sara worked as a Financial Manager and Office Administrator at Piganelli & Associates, Inc. from 2001 to 2007, where they managed company finances, benefits administration, and developed administrative procedures.

Sara Foster attended W. P. Carey School of Business at Arizona State University from 2003 to 2007. Sara completed their Bachelor's degree in Marketing during this time.
