Caleb Muller is an accomplished Information Technology Business Partner and Business Analyst at Burnet Institute since May 2021, leading the development and implementation of an institute-wide information management strategy. Previously, Caleb held positions at the University of Melbourne from July 2018 to December 2020, including Senior Consultant, where significant contributions included leading a project management module rollout in ServiceNow and facilitating Human-Centred Design workshops. Prior experience also includes roles at UPMC, where Caleb served as a Senior Systems Engineer, evaluating technology requests for a large hospital system, and as a Process Analyst for Volunteers of America of Greater Ohio. Caleb holds a Master of Science in Information Technology Management from Carnegie Mellon University and a Bachelor of Science in Computer and Information Sciences from Marietta College.
