Jolin Wang is a skilled Food Product Developer with extensive experience in research and development within the food industry. Currently employed at Burnbrae Farms since October 2022 and at Nutrablend Foods since February 2019, Jolin specializes in formulating nutraceutical products, overseeing sensory analysis, and optimizing product costs. Previous roles include R&D Food Scientist and Project Manager at The Chufa Co., where Jolin successfully led the creation and reformulation of non-dairy ice creams, as well as a Researcher at Agriculture and Agri-Food Canada, focusing on incorporating Canadian pulse ingredients into staple foods.
