Sachin Kamboj serves as the General Manager at Burjeel Holdings since June 2024, focusing on the delivery of healthcare professionals across various roles. Prior to this, Sachin held the position of Chief General Manager at AMS from April 2021 to December 2023, and served as Assistant Vice President of Talent Acquisition at EXL Services Ltd from June 2017 to June 2019. Earlier in their career, Sachin was a Recruitment Specialist at Accenture Management Consulting from January 2012 to February 2017, where responsibilities included leading recruitment delivery for Digital and Industry Groups and sourcing talent from Tier 1 institutes. Additional experience includes HR roles at America’s Job Exchange and IBM Daksh Business Process Services Pvt. Ltd, along with a stint as Front Office Executive at Ananda In The Himalayas. Sachin holds a Postgraduate Certificate in Human Resource Management from XLRI Jamshedpur and a Bachelor’s degree in Commerce from Hemwati Nandan Bahuguna Garhwal University.
