Sophie is an associate within the firm's Corporate Finance team. She completed her training contract with Burges Salmon, qualifying in September 2019.
Sophie has a range of experience working with companies on a variety of corporate matters including equity investments, mergers and acquisitions and group restructuring. She works with a range of individuals, public and private companies and institutions on UK and cross-border transactions.
