Claremont Larue possesses extensive experience in the restaurant and food services industry, currently serving as the Owner of BurgerFi and Bonefish Grill, as well as a Restaurant Supervisor at Benny’s Rib Shack. Additionally, Claremont is an Investor in both the Jupiter Hammer Heads and Perth Wildcats, and has held ownership at Blackbird Cafe Inc. and Gourmet Burger Kitchen - GBK for several years. Previous roles include Associate Vice Chancellor at Hungry Jack's® Pty Ltd and Deputy Head at Broad Street Oyster Co. Claremont's educational background includes a Master of Philosophy in Restaurant, Culinary, and Catering Management from the University of Sydney, a Bachelor of Business Administration with a focus in Food Science from Lynn University, and various honorary degrees and certificates in related fields.
