Niko Zigrahn currently serves as the Assistant Director of Food & Beverage at Bürgenstock Hotels & Resort Lake Lucerne since May 2023. Previously, Niko held various roles at Althoff Seehotel Überfahrt from October 2016 to April 2023, including Assistant Food and Beverage Manager and Restaurant Manager of Il Barcaiolo, recognized for 16 GM Points. Niko's extensive hospitality experience includes positions at Brenners Park-Hotel & Spa, where roles ranged from Commis de Rang to F&B Trainee, and internships at The Ritz-Carlton Hotel Company in Ireland and Das Tegernsee Hotel & Spa.
