Lucas Niehues has a robust background in the hospitality industry, currently serving as Concierge, Front Office Supervisor, and Guest Service Agent at Bürgenstock Hotels & Resort Lake Lucerne since May 2021. Prior experience includes roles such as Junior Concierge, Front Office Agent, Operator, and Demi Chef de Partie at Palais Hansen Kempinski Wien from March 2017 to October 2020. Lucas also held the position of Demi Chef de Partie at San Clemente Palace Kempinski Venice for a brief period in August 2017, and completed an apprenticeship focused on culinary training at Hotel Vier Jahreszeiten Kempinski München from February 2014 to February 2017.
