Cas van Broekhoven currently serves as the Assistant Restaurant Manager at Bürgenstock Hotels & Resort Lake Lucerne since April 2023. Previously, Cas held the position of Management Trainee at the same resort from April 2022 to September 2022. Additional experience includes a role as Front Office Praktikant at Frutt Mountain Resort managed by Kempinski from June 2021 to October 2021, and as Koch Praktikant at ART DECO HOTEL MONTANA from June 2020 to October 2020. Cas also worked as Restaurationsfachmann at Berghotel Trübsee from December 2017 to May 2019, and at H+ Hotel und SPA from August 2014 to July 2017. Educational qualifications were attained at SHL Schweizerische Hotelfachschule Luzern, completing studies from February 2020 to March 2023.
