Uğur Karataş is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in enterprise architecture, digital innovation, and software development within the banking sector. Currently serving as SVP of Enterprise Architecture, Innovation, DevOps, and Platform Development at Burgan Bank Türkiye since March 2017, Uğur Karataş has successfully integrated agile practices with banking governance while leveraging cloud-native technologies. Prior roles include leading digital channel development at Burgan Bank Türkiye, serving as Digital Marketing Director and SVP at BankPozitif, and working in various capacities related to software development and IT management at several other companies. Uğur Karataş holds an MBA in Management Information Systems from Bahcesehir University and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering from Eastern Mediterranean University.
