Jan Holthuis is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in law and international advisory services. Since 2016, Jan has been a Partner and owner at Buren N.V., building on a foundation established during a tenure as Managing Partner and owner at HIL International Lawyers & Advisers from 1995 to 2016. Jan holds a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) from Erasmus University Rotterdam, complemented by advanced studies in International M&A at Grotius Academie, as well as a Certificat Etudes Politiques in Politics from Sciences Po. Jan's diverse educational background also includes studies at both the Royal Academy of Fine Arts Antwerp and Rotterdam Kunstacademie.
