Stefano Recchi has a diverse work experience in various companies. Stefano started their career as a student intern at SIGMA SpA in 2006. Later, they worked at Talamonti Group Srl as the Head of Technical Office, Quality, Production, and After-sales Assistance from 2007 to 2011. In this role, they managed projects, coordinated teams, and oversaw the development of products.

Stefano then joined Esacrom S.r.l. as a Project Collaborator from 2012 to 2013, before moving on to ISEMED s.r.l. In their role as a Medical Devices - Technical-Regulatory and Quality Management Consultant, Stefano provided technical and regulatory consultancy services for the development and management of medical devices. This included compliance with various safety and quality standards, software development, usability validation, risk analysis, and technical documentation.
