François Brillard has extensive experience in the field of wood technology and construction, currently serving as the Responsable du Pôle Bois & Matériaux Biosourcés at Alpes Contrôles since September 2006. Additionally, François is involved in various technical and educational roles, including Référent ESSOC, Référent Charpente Bois, Ingénieur Contrôle Technique Construction, and oversees the Montpellier agency as well as the technical diagnostics division. François has been a teaching associate at ENSTIB, IMT Mines Alès, and Université de Montpellier since 2011. Prior to these roles, François held the position of Responsable du dimensionnement des ouvrages at STRUCTURES BOIS-COUVERTURE from March 2002 to August 2006. Educational qualifications include a Diplôme d'ingénieur from the National School of Wood Technology and Industries, a BASICS certification from ASCM Colorado Chapter, and a DEA in Sciences du bois.
