Charlene Slapak Lambros, RN, MS, is a seasoned nursing informatics professional with extensive experience in clinical documentation and healthcare technology. Currently serving as the KP HealthConnect Inpatient Application Coordinator at Kaiser Permanente Information Technology since April 2003, Charlene leads initiatives in care planning and patient bedside education. Prior roles include Nursing Systems Analyst at John Muir Medical Center, where Charlene implemented the A4 Healthmatics ED application, and Senior Business Consultant at Kaiser Permanente IT, focusing on the modeling of clinical concepts for Convergent Medical Terminology.
