Prior to their current role, Michael worked at DSB, a transportation company. Michael started as a Developer and Agile Facilitator at DSB Digital Labs, where they were responsible for facilitating the kanban-based agile process and .NET development on a hybrid Azure cloud setup. Michael also took on the role of Scrum Master and Advanced IT System Developer at DSB Salessystems, Webfactory, leading a team and planning future Scrum/Agile processes. Later, they became an Agile Process Lead, focusing on overseeing the agile process within the organization.

In 2016, Michael worked as a Senior .NET Developer at a startup. Before that, they gained experience at Danmarks Radio as a C# .NET Developer and Scrum Master, developing internal and external applications while also facilitating agile processes.

In 2009, Michael co-founded logfit, a project where they explored different branches of business and gained valuable experience in running multiple projects alongside their day job.

Earlier in their career, they worked as a Developer at Emediate and ad pepper media, focusing on ASP/ASP.NET C# development, database administration, and third-level support.

Michael's career began as a Web Developer at Flybillet.dk A/S, working on full-stack web development using .NET C#. Michael also briefly worked as a Sales Consultant at Linksys, providing advice on wireless, security, and routers.

Michael von der Fehr attended Teknisk Erhvervs Center from 2003 to 2008, where they pursued a degree in Data Technician with a final project in .NET. In September 2019, Michael obtained a certification in 2-Day Growth Hacking Crash Course from Growth Tribe Academy.
