Tanju Arslan is a seasoned executive in the technology and business transformation sectors, currently serving as Chief Digital and Information Officer at Bupa since July 2018, where Tanju leads the IT and business change team and is part of the Bupa Global Executive Team. Prior to this role, Tanju held various leadership positions at Bupa from 2001 to 2017, including Business Transformation and IT Director, where the focus was on standardizing IT systems and running shared applications across the organization. Additional experience includes roles as Senior CRM Consultant at POINT Information System, leading large-scale CRM initiatives globally, and as CTO and Partner at Visual World, where significant revenue growth was achieved. Educational credentials include a postgraduate education from Saïd Business School, University of Oxford, and several degrees from The Open University in areas such as Business Administration and Computing.
