Rachel Crossman is a Lead Content Designer at Bupa with experience in digital content design, production, and social media. Prior to their current role, Rachel worked at Well Pharmacy and the BBC, where Rachel focused on promoting app portfolios and building partnerships. Rachel holds a Bsc (hons) in Marine Biology from Swansea University and an MA in Wildlife Documentary Production from Salford University.
