Paul Scourfield currently serves as Head of Engineering at Bupa since April 2023. Prior to this role, Paul worked at Bupa Global from January 2017 to April 2023, first as Head of Supplier Transition, focusing on IT and Change services transition while fostering strategic partnerships, and later as Head of Software Engineering, overseeing third-party relationships and leading a team committed to talent management and continuous improvement. Paul also held the position of Technology Delivery Lead at LV= from March 2013 to December 2016, managing IT Technology Delivery for Retirement Solutions and leading software development and project management teams. Earlier experience includes roles as Deputy Head of Delivery at Trinity from March 2007 to March 2013 and IT Leader for Business Solutions at GE Life from 2001 to 2007. Paul is an alumnus of West Buckland School, where education took place from 1987 to 1992.
