Melissa Downing has over two decades of experience in corporate communications and public relations. Currently serving as the Head of Responsible Business Conduct at Bupa since August 2007, Melissa has also held several senior roles within the company, including Head of Public Affairs, Head of Corporate Communications, Acting Head of Press and PR, and PR Manager. Prior experience includes working as the International Press and PR Manager at Euromonitor International from January 2004 to August 2007 and as a Corporate Communications Associate at ICI between July 2000 and December 2003. Melissa Downing holds a Master of Arts degree in History from the University of Cambridge, obtained from 1997 to 2000.
