Rose Facioli is a seasoned HR professional currently serving as the HRBP Manager for Continental Europe at Bunzl Continental Europe since April 2023. Prior experience includes a significant tenure at Under Armour, where roles ranged from Senior Lead HRBP for DTC EMEA to HR Manager for various South Cone regions. Additional experience encompasses HR management roles at Danone Waters and adidas, as well as earlier positions at iG - Internet Group do Brasil S/A, Samsung Electronics, Valeo Sistemas Automotivos Ltda, Motorola Mobility, and Banco do Brasil. Rose's educational background includes degrees in Dutch Labor Law and International Labor Law from HRM college, a post-graduate degree in People Management from FGV - Fundação Getulio Vargas, and training from the Integrated Coaching Institute.
