Rafaela Drakouli is an experienced recruiter currently working at bunq since November 2024. Prior to this role, Rafaela served as a Talent Acquisition Business Partner at Odyssey Hotel Group, where responsibilities included developing recruitment strategies from August 2023 to November 2024, and also held the position of Junior Talent Acquisition Business Partner. Rafaela's earlier experience includes working at citizenM hotels as an Ambassador, and previous roles in customer care and sales with efood, H&M, Cosmos Sport SA, and Stradivarius. Rafaela is pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Psychology at the University of Sunderland, expected to be completed in May 2024, and is enrolled in an Executive MBA program at the same university, set to conclude in May 2025.
