Ryan Healey is an experienced professional currently serving as a People and Culture Partner at Bunnings since April 2016, with prior roles including People and Culture Manager Relief and Human Resources Advisor. In these positions, Ryan has led teams in creating optimal shopping experiences, coached and developed staff, managed financial oversight through P&L review, and streamlined operational processes such as incident reporting. Earlier experience includes working at Upper Hunter Shire Council as a project manager for a significant capital project and performing engineering duties. Ryan is pursuing a Diploma of Human Resource Management from the Victorian Chamber of Commerce, following a Bachelor of Engineering (Civil)(Honours) from the University of Newcastle.
