Lisa Ware-Alexander serves as the Vice President, Deputy General Counsel, Corporate Secretary, and Chief Compliance & Ethics Officer at Bunge, where responsibilities include advising the Board of Directors and C-level leaders on legal aspects related to capital markets and structured finance transactions. Prior to this role, Lisa served at Nutrien, co-leading the legal and compliance integration during a significant merger, and held various positions focused on compliance and ethics at Dover Corporation and AegisAdvantage LLC. Lisa's earlier legal experience includes working with Duff & Phelps and Standard & Poor's, and a strong academic foundation in biomedical research complements a legal education from Chicago-Kent College of Law. Lisa has further enhanced executive skills through Harvard Business School executive education programs.
