Amy Lofdahl, MBA, is an experienced professional in supply chain management, currently serving as the Sales Enablement & Operations Manager at Bunge since April 2019, following their role as Customer Supply Chain Manager. Previously, Amy held customer supply chain positions at The Clorox Company and WhiteWave Foods focused on Target's supply chain operations. Amy's extensive career includes multiple roles at Cargill from 1998 to 2016, such as McDonald's Supply Chain Manager for North America Oils & Sauces and Senior Supply Chain Management Consultant. Amy's early career included positions at 3M in logistics and customer service. Educational credentials include an MBA in Logistics and Operations Management and a BS in Business Administration and Management, both from the University of Minnesota - Carlson School of Management.
