Gladys Yolanda has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Gladys began their career in 2012 as a Staff Registered Nurse at RS Awal Bros Hospital Group. In 2013, they moved on to PT ADMINISTRASI MEDIKA, where they worked as a Junior Supervisor Provider Relations until 2020. Gladys then joined Eka Hospital in 2020 as a Marketing Executive, and later became a Marketing Executive Coordinator before leaving in 2023. Currently, they are working at RS. Bunda Group as a Marketing Unit Head.

Gladys Yolanda received their Bachelor's degree in Registered Nursing/Registered Nurse from Universitas Advent Indonesia. Gladys completed their studies from 2007 to 2011.
