Lejla Muric is an experienced HR professional currently serving as an HR Adviseur and previously as an HR Medewerker at Bun since June 2018. Prior experience includes an HR internship at Leaseweb and a role as a Student Ambassador at Windesheim, where responsibilities included representing the program at open days. Lejla has conducted research on graduate talent engagement with the MKB in the Flevoland region and developed a new job profile for NT2 teachers during an internship at Metafoor Personeelsbank. Additionally, Lejla has guided unemployed youth towards employment at Werkplein Drentsche Aa. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Arts in Human Resource Management from Windesheim, ongoing studies in Case Management at Capabel Onderwijs, and a minor in Organizational Psychology from Amsterdam University of Applied Sciences.
