Rachell Fontoura Silva is an experienced localisation and marketing professional with a strong background in managing translation teams and SEO projects. Currently serving as the Localisation Vendor Manager at Bumble since January 2017, Rachell oversees operations related to remote translators, including recruitment, performance supervision, and ensuring alignment with marketing strategies. Previous roles include Localisation Manager at Hogarth Worldwide, focused on multilingual SEO for major clients, and Marketing and Localisation Manager at 23snaps, enhancing user engagement on a family photo-sharing platform.
