Mary Kai Macken, CSP, currently serves as a National Account Manager and Senior Solution Consultant at Bullhorn since May 2019. Prior to this role, Mary was a Principal Consultant at Peake Group from February 2018 to May 2019, focusing on key engagements such as with Bullhorn. In a previous position as Vice President of Operations at Corps Team / Mom Corps from March 2011 to April 2018, Mary oversaw the organization’s operational infrastructure and contributed to strategic planning as a senior leadership team member. Mary’s career also includes experience as a Principal at Peake Group (2002-2010), Director of Retained Search at Wyndham Mills International (1995-2001), and Territory Manager roles at Pro Staff and TRC Staffing Services, Inc. Mary holds a Bachelor of Arts from Elon University and an ABA Approved Certification in Business Transactions from the National Center for Paralegal Training, in addition to education from Harvard Extension School and Kennesaw State University.
