Justin Rainer is a dedicated Product Owner with extensive experience in B2B SaaS fintech software development, particularly in the recruiting, staffing, and healthcare industries. Currently serving as Product Owner I at Bullhorn since June 2021, Justin manages the product development lifecycle for the Pay and Bill mission. Previously, Justin held multiple roles at Alegeus from July 2016 to June 2021, culminating in the role of Product Owner responsible for the development lifecycle of healthcare-related revenue sources. With a background in data analysis and EDI processes, Justin has consistently contributed to data integrity and client onboarding. Justin began a career in finance as an Administrative Assistant at LPL Financial and has a foundational experience in sports training and marketing from various roles prior to pursuing a career in fintech. Justin holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration and Management from Framingham State University.
