Amber Gerrish is an experienced professional in client relationship management and account services, currently serving as a Senior Relationship Manager at Bullhorn since January 2021. With a focus on maximizing customer ROI and promoting business growth, Amber leads Best Practice sessions and adopts a consultative approach to ensure client success. Prior to Bullhorn, Amber held the position of Client Services Team Leader at Erecruit from January 2017 to January 2021, managing a team and providing account support for various software solutions. Amber began their career as a Senior Account Coordinator at Bond International Software (UK) Ltd, where responsibilities included onboarding and account management, and has also worked as a Credit Controller at Littlehampton Book Services Limited, earning the 'Employee of the Year' award in January 2011. Education was completed at Durrington High School from 2003 to 2007.
